Tenant Maintenance & Repairs Form

It is a policy of Omokoroa Property Management (OPM) that all repairs or maintenance requests must be submitted in writing through our form below, as soon as possible after the defect is found.

We only accept emergency repairs by phone during OPM’s standard office hours (Monday – Friday 9.am – 4pm), excluding public holidays.

In case of an emergency, please contact your property manager by text only, and they will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
