Viewing the property:

You are welcome to view your interested property from the roadside, but under NO circumstances are to you enter the property. If you are interested in viewing a property, please contact us for a viewing time. You are also welcome to complete an application form. Do do so, please click on the link to the right and we will contact you with a time to view.

Move in costs are equivalent to 2 weeks rent in advance, plus 4 weeks rent held as bond and are paid in advance.

Standard tenant checking practices apply, in accordance with Privacy Commission guidelines and your permission is provided at the application stage.
