My husband and I were extremely reluctant to put our property back on the rental market after having experienced poor service from our last property management company. We had decided to sell our property due to the horrible experience we had endured as landlords (both from tenants and property managers). However due to circumstances beyond our control we had no option but to put our property back up for rental again. When we began searching for another property manager we were given Mary-Anne’s name from a local real estate company (Tall Poppy). From the moment we met Mary-Anne we knew that she would be the one that we would enlist the services of to manage our property. Mary-Anne ensured that she got to know what it was that we were after as in terms of types of tenants and worked tirelessly until she was positive she found the right tenants for us. She always made sure we were on the same page as to expectations. The communication we cannot fault, she kept us up to date on all stages of the application, vetting and interviewing processes.
