General Information

We want happy landlords and happy tenants and do our best to ensure this happens!

In general, happy tenants are ones who are looked after and know that they are not just a number in a system. Happy tenants tend to stay longer in their rented home, pay their rent on time and respect and look after the property making them a very attractive proposition to landlords.

It is well known by landlords that it is less expensive to keep a tenant than it is to find a new one.

Finding a new rental property can be an exciting yet daunting task. Most properties attract interest from multiple parties and we often receive 10-30 tenant applications for a property within hours of the property having advertised.

It pays to make a detailed list of your requirements including how much space you require (bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, garage etc.), what your budget is, whether you need a home close to work, public transport, shops, schools etc. Having a list will allow you to make a prompt, well-informed decision as to whether a property will suit your needs or not.

When you complete a Tenant Application please provide as much information as possible.

Repairs and maintenance are dealt with in a timely manner, although there are occasions when we must seek approval from a landlord before attending to a task and this can sometimes cause delays.

Inspections are carried one month after you move into the property, then 3 monthly after that. We welcome input from tenants regarding maintenance issues that may need attending to. We have a fantastic team of repair and maintenance companies who can attend to and fix problems promptly.
