My husband Andrew and I were educated through numerous property investment courses, after which we then purchased our first rental property in 2003 and have been experienced property investors ever since, at one point owning up to 16 rental properties across Auckland, Hamilton and the Bay of Plenty.

In the early 2000’s, I presented rental property seminars around New Zealand and overseas. Trips to the UK followed where I conducted seminars promoting investment property in New Zealand.

I have spent over 20 years working in Real Estate, with 11 of those years for a top Real Estate company in Auckland, as both the Company Accountant and Manager of the Property Management Division, until the move to Omokoroa from Auckland.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong reputation for professionalism, extensive property management knowledge, honest advice and going to bat for what I know is right.

As landlords ourselves, we understand the importance of following good management practices and clear communication.

In 2022, I gained my New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) - Level 4 and Licenced under the REAA2008.

We have a real passion for the industry, simply, we “walk we talk”.
