I have come from a strong background in customer services. Having worked for an international airline carrier for over 7 years, I was responsible for problem solving for entire plane loads at Heathrow in London, training travel agents in London, Poland and Denmark and being the on-call substitute for 3 different roles gave me a lot of versatility. This created a strong work ethic to get things done and to never pretend I know an answer, but always seek out the actual best result. Having spent time working for Tiffanys in London also gave an eye for detail, which was requisite in working with precious gems, and allowed me to meet high expectations.

I lived in Brazil with my husband and our children for nearly 12 years, where I opened and managed my own English Language school. Being bilingual helps to read people from more than just what they say, but the subtle body language too has added to understanding people.

My travels have afforded me invaluable personal experience and determination that I bring to the table to manage your property. I thrive on finding solutions to problems and I love to hear everybody’s own story. I treat my landlords and tenants with respect, kindness and care. I am beyond proud to be working in our family run company, Omokoroa Property Management.

My mother, Mary-Anne along with my father, Andrew, have been setting the standard in managing properties from Katikati to Papamoa and everywhere in-between since they moved from Auckland. The opportunity arose for me to work with them and it is a joy to be so close to family and knowing that we will always be willing to help each other. I enjoy learning from them in a professional capacity as they have over 20 years’ experience in property investments and rentals to which I have been a part of.

Now my sister-in-law, Manawa, has joined the family business as well and with her having managed rental properties for almost 11 years plus her years of financial roles in international companies, gives us  a fantastic skill set covering vast areas and a bright, solid and sustainable future ahead.
